STATEMENT OF FAITH
As an interdenominational ministry, FMI respects the doctrinal variations of each member or participant, in so far as such doctrine does not deny:
a. The authority of scripture as the inspired and flawless word of God, which is the rule and basis of all Christian doctrine and lifestyle. 2 Timothy 3: 16.
b. The forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God and transformation of a person's life, through faith alone in the finished work of Christ on the cross. Ephesians 1: 7. Galatians 2: 15 and 16.
c. The deity of Christ, his physical death, burial and resurrection. Philippians 2:6. Luke 24: 38-43.
d. The presence, necessity and work of the Holy Spirit in the Christians life today, in imparting gifts, empowering a new lifestyle and giving effectiveness in God's work. Acts 1: 8; 2: 38 and 39.
